FAQs - General Advice
Once I have filled out an online application, how long will it take for you to get back to me ?
Your application will be processed within 1 working day of your enquiry. One of our advisors will then contact you to discuss your needs and refer you to one of our registered installers for a technical survey. You will then be sent a letter stating which of our installers is handling your request. Our installers will then arrange a date for your ‘free’ no obligation survey and quote.
Can I change my mind if I don’t want to carry on with an installation ?
Yes, you have up to 7 working days to cancel a job once you have approved your quote. You will be sent all relevant information regarding the cancelation procedure at the application stage.
Who will be carrying out the work ?
Yorkshire Energy Services do not carry out installations but work with an array of carefully selected and respected partners. We find the best nationally accredited installers so you don’t have to. Yorkshire Energy Services offers customers a no quibble guarantee, so if you’re not happy with our service we will do everything in our power to rectify the problem.
How will I know if my property is suitable ?

Our qualified installers will treat your property with the utmost respect. We make every effort to work as efficiently as possible with minor disruption to your home and daily routine.
