Launched on 3rd January 2012, Yorkshire Energy Service is delivering ‘Wrap Up Leeds’ in partnership with Leeds City Council.

This major area based initiative offers homeowners and privately renting tenants from across the authority free cavity wall insulation and free loft insulation (subject to survey).

With a strong commitment to increasing domestic energy efficiency levels, Leeds City Council has designed the scheme to help reduce fuel poverty across the city. The project aims to install a minimum of 15,000 home insulation measures in Leeds homes throughout 2012.

Wrap Up Leeds is available throughout the whole of the Leeds district but only selected areas will be visited by Yorkshire Energy Services’ doorstep assessment team. The free insulation is only available on a first come, first serve basis.
